Festive Fun!

We spent several sessions celebrating all things festive.

Cold wintery colours were explored through decorative wreaths, porcelain tree decorations and feathery snowflakes.

Collaged Christmas trees and abstract cards enhanced the children's appreciation of shape and texture.

Waxy tissue paper was folded into stars that caught the winter light

Mixed media techniques were explored through the use of painting, drawing around templates, gluing and sticking
